We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. We request timely notification to our practice to enable another patient, waiting for an appointment, to be scheduled. Not showing to your appointment takes a time slot that could have been used for another patient. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care and service to you and other patients at the appointment time you planned for.

Return/Follow-Up Telemedicine or Office Appointment: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required otherwise you will be charged a $50.00 fee for a “No-Show”.
New Patient Telemedicine or Office Appointment: All persons who do not show up for their new scheduled appointment will be billed $50.00 for a “No-Show”.
• Definition of a “No Show”: An appointment for which the patient does not attend or enters the virtual waiting room after their appointment time and has not provided a call to cancel the office appointment prior to 24 hours before their appointment time.
• Insurance companies and CMS do not cover this fee and payment is due at or before the next visit.
We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived with management approval. Please ensure to reschedule and attend your appointment.
